We're looking for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to lead the team that powers data-driven decision-making across Grow. You'll manage the Business Analytics team of 5+ analysts and report into the Senior Director, Business Operations. The scope is horizontal by design: your team partners with leaders across Customer Ops, RCM, Credentialing, Clinical, Strategic Partnerships, Provider Experience, and Finance, giving each function the insights, reporting infrastructure, and recommendations they need to operate effectively. You will define the Business Analytics strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and lead the team that ensures leaders have the insights and tools they need to operate effectively
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and lead the Business Analytics strategy for every operational function at Grow, managing a pod-based team that supports Grow horizontally across multiple departments
Partner directly with department leaders to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analysis, and clear analysis into decisions
Own the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that give departments what they need to operate and make decisions
Lead, coach, and scale a team of analysts, moving them from executing requests to owning the recommendations that drive business impact
Build an AI-native analytics team by staying constantly current on new AI tools and capabilities for data and applying them to make your team more effective and efficient
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, partnering with leaders to influence strategy, execution, and tradeoffs through data
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role within fast paced technology environments, including experience leading data analytics teams that support multiple departments across a company.
You've managed a team of 5+ analysts and have experience scaling a team's size and its bar for output at the same time
You operate horizontally by instinct: comfortable holding many stakeholders and domains at once rather than specializing in one
You have a track record of coaching analysts from "technically correct" to "here's what this means and what we should do"
You're outcomes-obsessed, and can point to specific business changes your team drove, not just the projects it shipped
You have genuine, hands-on fluency with AI tools, with a real example of turning AI-driven work into a measurable change in team output
You've operated in a growth-stage environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities rather than running a narrow function inside a large, stable org
You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and are comfortable partnering with and presenting to senior leadership
You are fluent in SQL with the ability to both set technical direction and roll up your sleeves on complex analyses or modeling work
You have a proven track record of partnering with Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to influence strategy, execution, and tradeoffs through data and clear communication.
You are motivated by improving access to mental health care and energized by owning ambiguous, high impact problems
